Andy Carr
Vice President of Development
Andy Carr is the Vice President of Development for Haiti Teen Challenge (HTC), overseeing all fundraising and marketing efforts. He joined HTC in April 2025 and brings a deep commitment to Haiti, having visited numerous times to support various ministry organizations.
Previously, Andy served as the Vice President of Marketing and Development for Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) starting in June 2013. During his tenure, he led development and marketing initiatives that expanded FMSC's reach from feeding 500,000 children daily in over 70 countries to more than 1,000,000 children daily by the time of his departure. His extensive travels allowed him to directly engage with partner organizations and programs supported by FMSC, significantly enhancing FMSC’s global impact. Before joining FMSC, Andy was the Executive Vice President of AIR-serv Group, LLC from August 2006. He directed the company's sales and marketing strategies. AIR-serv Group, LLC is recognized as the world's largest provider of pay tire inflation and vacuum units. Andy also has substantial experience in the waste services industry, having worked with Waste Management and Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) for 15 years. In these roles, he managed sales and marketing operations and participated in government affairs at state and local levels, developing programs for commercial, industrial, and residential customers that addressed collection, recycling, and disposal needs.
Andy earned his degree from Northwestern College after attending Indiana University. He resides in Apple Valley, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis, with his wife Jennifer. They have three children and five grandchildren. Andy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Global Eye Mission and The Drawer and actively contributes to the leadership of Bible Study Fellowship in the Minneapolis area.
