Jan retired in 2020 after serving as President and Co-owner of John Henry Foster Company. Prior to joining JHF, she held a leadership role in the highly competitive telecommunications industry. In these roles, she focused on market share, profitability, and led with a passion to create a highly effective culture. 

Her life mission is to help those in need and to reach those that have yet to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

Jan holds a B.S. degree in Marketing Management from Augsburg University.
