Haiti Teen Challenge is the only residential recovery program in Haiti where troubled young men and women are transformed by Christ and equipped to be catalysts for change.

Haiti transformed by the Gospel,

lives changed, families restored, and communities renewed for God's glory.

A UNIQUELY HAITIAN MINISTRY LED BY HAITIANS

§ According to 2025 statistics, 70% of Haiti’s population is under 30, and 80% of prisoners are held in captivity without any justice.

"The transformation in the lives of the youth here is undeniable. They are filled with hope, and they are becoming  examples of integrity for the next generation."

- Pastor Emmanuel / Cap-Haïtien, Haiti

To connect this generation to church and community

Their descendants will be known among the nations and all who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the Lord has blessed.

(Based on  Isaiah 61:9)

Haiti Teen Challenge is guided by these beliefs:

  • Only power released through unity in the Holy Spirit can transform lives and a nation.

  • Believers and citizens of a nation must take the responsibility for their nation’s healing.

  • Poverty is rooted in broken relationships with God, self, others and one’s environment.

  • A thriving church is vital for long-term sustainability.

  • Christ–like action through the power of the gospel will change Haiti.

What the local communities say about us

We are dedicated to building godly leaders of integrity and empowering Haitians to rebuild their nation for God’s glory. Through discipleship, education, and community development, we are committed to restoring hope and cultivating a resilient generation that will impact their communities and beyond.

"The transformation in the lives of the youth here is undeniable. They are filled with hope, and they are becoming examples of integrity for the next generation."

— Pastor Emmanuel / Cap-Haïtien, Haiti

...Prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open.
Keep each other's spirits up so that no one falls behind and drops out."
Ephesians 6:18

PRAYER REQUEST

Traveling to Haiti may not be possible right now, but we can pray for the young men and women at Haiti Teen Challenge and pray for their nation.

The first Wednesday of every month, our HTC staff, students, HTC Board and Foundation, and our HTC friends set aside time to pray.

During their time at HTC, students break the cycle of addiction and dependencies, all while reading and studying the word of God. They will confront their pasts and embrace God's new design of family. During their 18-month program, they are taught new life skills, serve in the community and pray. They emerge with dramatically changed lives, ultimately knowing and living out God's purpose and plan.

  • Restore relationships with God, self, and others
  • Break addictions, fatherlessness, and dependencies
  •  Pursue God’s design for their lives and families
  • Resolve personal and moral issues

EQUIP

Each student's skills, abilities, and gifts are identified. One-on-one mentoring equips students to apply biblical principles to their daily lives. After graduation, scholarships are secured for schooling in a vocation/trade, and students receive guidance in finding jobs or internships.

  • Cultivate character that reflects Godliness and stewardship
  • Teach life skills and provide vocational/university scholarships
  • Provide Mentors to model how to live a Godly life

Haiti Teen Challenge graduates understand their responsibility is to bring healing to their nation. Through their authentic Holy Spirit testimonies, they are witnesses for God’s love and transformation. Through their stewardship and Christ-like service, they are replacing disorder with God's order in their families and communities.

Sustain

With the support of the HTC staff, RVC Church, Mentors, fellow graduates, and training HTC graduates reenter their communities, sustain their new lives, and bring significant change to their communities.

  • Empower the youth to build thriving local churches
  • Create sustainable marketplace opportunities
  • Link influencers to elevate change
