
Andrew Nippert
Andrew Nippert currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, where he teaches courses in corporate finance and valuation, investments and portfolio management, and personal financial planning, with an emphasis on applied decision-making and stewardship. Prior to academia, he spent 21 years in the Banking and Capital Markets industry as a Managing Director in Deloitte LLP’s regulatory consulting practice. Andrew holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. His experience includes deep involvement in financial oversight, risk management, internal controls, and fiduciary responsibility, supported by board service as Treasurer of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, as a board member of the Minnesota Council on Economic Education, and as a current member of the City of Woodbury’s Audit & Investment Advisory Commission. Andrew has been richly mentored both professionally and in his faith walk,
and he has likewise had the privilege of mentoring young men as they grow in their faith and step into roles as husbands and fathers.
Andrew and his wife, Angie, have been married for 22 years, and together they are raising three children as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. Andrew commented, “I am honored to support the mission of Haiti Teen Challenge by contributing my skills, experience, and passion in service to Christ and His call to shine His light for the glory of our Father in heaven.”
