Cathline Victor

​Cathline Victor serves as Treasurer on the DJH Foundation Board, bringing over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and stewardship. She is committed to accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and excellence in organizational governance.



She built her career over 27 years at Compagnie des Tabacs Comme Il Faut, where she held progressive roles as Accountant, Chief Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, she joined her husband’s company as Vice President, responsible for Finance, further strengthening her leadership in corporate financial management.

Born into a Christian family, Cathline is married and blessed with three daughters and six grandchildren. From a young age, she has been actively involved in church life through Sunday School and the Girls’ Brigade, developing a lifelong passion for working with youth. This calling led her to serve as a Sunday School teacher and youth mentor in several congregations, including RVC since her arrival in July 2016. Guided by her faith and the Holy Spirit, she remains dedicated to supporting and empowering young people in all aspects of life.
