Daniel Prudent

Born in Gros-Morne, a commune in the Artibonite department, on April 21, 1975, I encountered the Lord at a very early age at 7 years old, and was baptized in water at the age of 15.

I married my wife, Marie Maude Prudent, on October 22, 2005, and together we are the proud parents of an only son named Christ Marc Doodley Prudent.

Between 2000 and 2005, I pursued studies in Computer Science at the undergraduate (bachelor’s) level.

Passionate about pastoral ministry, from 2013 to 2017 I attended the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Port-au-Prince, where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry.

Regarding my ministerial journey, I have served as Youth Development Officer in a Compassion International project, Assistant Pastor at the Beracha Baptist Evangelical Church in Sibert, and Senior Pastor of the Assembly Pierre Angulaire Church in Gros-Morne.

Before joining Haiti Teen Challenge (HTC) in August 2024 as Spiritual Department Director, my true vision was to see the lives of marginalized young people, those without direction and abandoned by Haitian society, transformed in Christ. Since my vision aligns with that of HTC, I have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to presenting the Gospel authentically to the young people within this ministry, creating activities aimed at their holistic development, and serving them with dignity.

Since June 2025 to the present, I have been serving as Manager of the Men Center. I thank God for allowing me to be part of this valuable ministry, and I am committed to elevating it to a higher level.
