Jacqueline Omélus


Jacqueline Omélus is a dedicated administrative leader guided by faith, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for service. She currently serves as the Coordinator of Life Skills Training (LST) and the Head of Children’s Ministry (JAM) at Rendez-Vous Christ Church. Additionally, she is the founder of the “Timoun Legliz la” program, one of the five foundational pillars of the Media Legliz La platform.


From 2016 to 2017, during her mission in Port-Salut, Jacqueline co-founded the vocational school ANITECH and welcomed board members, students from various graduating classes, and Haiti Teen Challenge (HTC) staff. Having been connected to the HTC network prior to her official involvement, she quickly built strong and enduring relationships. Her previous roles include Secretary and Assistant to the Coordinator of HTC Woman, Director of Calvary Christian Professional School, and Proctor at the University of the People.

Jacqueline has pursued a range of educational achievements to support her leadership roles. She holds a Certificate in Administrative Management from Alison (2022) and completed training in Leadership and Management at Power Academy (2020). Her expertise extends to applied computing, including Microsoft Office, database systems, and networks. Additionally, she has undertaken coursework in Financial Management (2020), equipping her with a strong foundation in organizational oversight and operational efficiency.



Born and raised in Haiti, Jacqueline began her spiritual journey at Rendez-Vous Christ Church, where she was instrumental in founding the Rendez-Vous Christ Cazeau campus. As the wife of Pastor Julio Jean Baptiste, she is deeply committed to the growth and well-being of their three children.
