AMichaëlle Chérubin Fils is a Christian woman, wife, and mother. A skilled professional in the field of secretarial work, she also holds training in human resources management, leadership, and logistics. Currently, she is pursuing a program in biblical, theological, and practical studies.

Michaëlle is deeply passionate about working with youth and children—a passion that has led her to serve at Haiti Teen Challenge. As the Manager of the Women’s Center at this institution, she firmly believes that every young person deserves a second chance and needs someone to guide them in their personal development
