Stephanie Antoine

Driven by a deep calling to serve, I have dedicated my life to supporting youth and contributing to social development in Haiti. I hold a degree in Business Management from the Université Notre Dame d’Haïti and have strengthened my professional background with training in Human Resources, Inventory Management, and Tax Management for SMEs and NGOs at the EBTC Centre de Formation Continue en Gestion Administrative et Financière. Passionate about leadership, I have also participated in several conferences that have shaped my vision and strengthened my management and team development skills.

My commitment to the social sector began at an early age. I had the privilege of being a founding member of Haïti Share, where I served for more than five years as Executive Assistant, helping to build and structure the organization. I later continued my mission for three years with Sa Voix, focusing on youth empowerment and community development.

Currently, I serve as Ministry Director at HOI Hope Outreach, where I work within the Haitian educational system, supporting more than 400 students. In this role, I combine leadership, administration, and a passion for education to inspire and impact the next generation.

In addition, I have volunteered for over ten years with Haïti Teen Challenge, where I currently serve as Prison Program Coordinator. Through this mission, I bring hope, guidance, and transformation to incarcerated individuals, firmly believing that every life can be restored.

As the eldest of three children, two girls and one boy. I have always carried a strong sense of responsibility. My entire journey is guided by faith and the conviction that serving others is part of God’s plan for my life. More than a career, my path is a mission: to plant seeds of hope, develop leaders, and contribute to the lasting transformation of my community.
