Naderge holds a specialized studies Degree in Finance- DESS, 2015, and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences, 2013. She completed Finance Training in Nicaragua, 2014, as well as Training in Project Management in Washington, 2019. Naderge serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Women's League in her local Church, Board Treasurer of ONG Foundation, and Owner of DANANY Fashion Store.
Naderge has more than twenty-two years of professional work experience in business administration, human resources management, and logistics. She served in the roles of Director of Finance and Country Director at ONG World Relief. Her leadership and communication skills are a valuable addition to our team. Naderge is motivated to help HTC staff in creatvity, efficiency, and effectiveness. "I heard about HTC in 2018 from a friend who attended RVC. Listening, hearing and seeing what HTC is doing for the country in the Haitian community, I was dazzled. I even cried when I saw a broadcast on Metropole radio. In December 2021, God spoke to me and said I was going to work in the area. I didn’t know at the time it would be HTC. In August 2022, the Holy Spirit of God informed me that I will be working in a good institution. In the end, God guided me and directed me to do his work to transform and restore lives at HTC. I serve the Lord for his work. |
