Graduation, November, 2019

There may be demonstrations on the streets but on November 9th, 2019 HTC celebrated its 14th graduation of young men.  When asked to describe in one word what they learned at HTC here is what these young men had to say...

Perseverance 
“A life with Christ requires that I choose everyday to stay connected to him, especially when things are hard.” Timothe

Courage 
Matire said, “In my country right now it takes courage to stand up against evil and to not fear, but now I trust God to protect me and guide me to do what is right.”

War! 
“It was a battle between God and Satan for my life, but God won.”  Mactine

Willing 
“I must be willing to give authority of my life to God for my life to change.”  Noel

God’s Plan 
“I learned that God’s plan is the best plan for me and that he is faithful to complete a good work in me.”  Clayonne

Love 
“I never knew what love was until I came to HTC.”  Joseph

Vision 
“I now know that God has a plan for my life.  I want to follow his plan.” Jamesly

Patience 
“To endure when things are hard knowing that he works all things for his good.” Meran
 
Conscience
Alexis said, “I always chose what was bad but now I have God’s wisdom to guide me.”
